The salmon and tuna rolls are the best I've had, so much good quality fish for a great price. None of those tiny rolls with a small bit of fish in it, they're regular sized. Hitoe is absolutely my go-to sushi place.

Made a great lunch, good filling/rice ratio, everything tasted fresh. Everything was labeled gluten free and individual gluten free Kikokan soy sauce packets were included. The ginger was incredible - I'm glad I ordered extra. Tasted like they pickle it themselves!

Absolutely love Hitoe! My partner and I have ordered here many many times over the years! I'm celiac and have never had an issue with the gluten free items and my partner loves all the roll he's ordered. The GF Negitoro Toro Aburi Oshi Sushi GF is my favourite!

California Roll uses a lot of cucumber with a bit of immiated crab and tiny piece of avocado.
Other rolls are full of cucumber too
Not value money ( uses cheap ingredients)
