The chicken was like it had been soaked in water, but I assume it was just grease.
The skin all fell off.  and was a mush  in the box.
The macaroni salad tasted old
I've actually eaten from there before and it was good 
So I was surprised how poor quality it was this time

Unfortunately the chicken was dry and somewhat dry. I think chicken that is transported more than 5 mins away should be in a foil bag like the sandwiches. The sandwich was fine, and it's to be expected your fries will be cold upon delivery, but I was disappointed in the chicken. it felt like it was sitting out for a while.

KFC did not close the lid on the gravy properly so it had made a terrible mess. For the $ we spend you'd think it would come well secured. We lost half thr large gravy
