The California roll's were delicious, but they were quite crumbly and hard to pick up with the chopsticks.

quality has gone downhill for this once exceptional resturant. Tempura was saturated in oil. The noodles are also never drained and soaked in water. not worth the price anymore. I also called the resturant o

Pretty bad, way too much rice, rolls falling apart. Scallop roll and wild salmon roll had microscopic amount of fish, couldn't even tell what it was. Age sushi unagi was basically a rice roll.

The assorted sashimi has sky rocketed in price ($10 increase), but the size of the fish is a fraction of what it used to be. Very disappointing

We used to really enjoy sushi from Zipang, but the quality of sushi seems to have gone down. The rolls were very average, I don't think the ingredients were bad, but they did not taste good and not overly fresh. The spicy tuna and salmon rolls had a strong lingering aftertaste.
