I love A&W my teen burger and buddy burger was great same with the fries only 1 thing the root beer was flat no carbonation at all

the Russet Thick-Cut Fries were not good and also the mayo and chipotle was tasting like it's months old giving me very bad flavor and I also wanted to add ketchup but the store does not accept any special instructions

the Russet Thick-Cut Fries were great but both burgers Double Buddy Burger® & Buddy Burger® did not have instructions followed the Double Double Buddy Burger® was supposed to have no ketchup (due to allergies) and the Buddy Burger® was supposed to only have ketchup & onion both were missing,we always enjoyed A&W this evening was a big let down and I wasn't able to eat my dinner (allergies)

other than my drink being a little flat by the time it got to me everything else was great and they paid attention to the special requests which was awesome! Fresh, Flavorful, Good Food.
