I love a&w so I can't give it anything below 5 stars. But I was so sad my bacon egger was a sausage one. :') the food is still yummy even tho im missing the bacon. Service was quick

Apparently, you can't order a root beer without ordering a combo. The russet thick cut fries were soggy, greasy and cold. Very disappointing.
The Teen Burger was delicious, as always.

If the item says it comes on an english muffin. Please stop sending it out on a seeded bun...
Poutine and the Bacon & Egger® were good but the Chipotle Chicken & Cheddar and the Chicken & Cheddar were made wrong.

I requested a lettuce wrap and they put it on a bun with not enough lettuce to even try to wrap it. Chicken was mostly breading and hardly any actual meat. Disappointed.

received cheddar instead of mozzarella, got bacon that wasn't in the order. burgers look nothing like in the images, with minimum vegetables and effort.... disappointing...
