I ordered onion rings with this for a meal, and they were out of onion rings, and instead of calling to see if I wanted another side, they just sent the meal with just a burger and turnover.

Worst A&W order I've ever had! $15.00 for a poutine that's basically mashed potatoes and a buddy burger with a bun hard enough to crack a tooth but patty cold as a winter day.
If you want a freezer burnt meal this is the place to go apparently.
