Second order, second mistake. The first time they forgot my cream cheese (for a dozen bagels, 2 of them!), I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. This time they forgot it again, and one of the bagels was burnt. With how expensive takeout has become, it's frustrating not to receive the items you paid for. I won't be ordering from here again.

forgot more than half my order and didn't follow the instructions they put as options ordered bagels but they forgot the cream cheese
