The bear didnt come despite ordering it but the flowers were great and on time

I got the flowers quickly but they shorted me a couple roses and lilies in my bouquet. I was supposed to get 12 roses and 2 lilies but only got 11 roses and 0 lilies. The bouquet still looks beautiful but it's frustrating that I spent an extra $10 just to get a smaller bouquet than what I paid for
