Staff was rude and did not have my order ready after 45 minutes. Then one of the sandwiches was incorrect. Caused me to nearly miss my train.

I've had the Fratelli several times and today there was so much hot pepper spread that it wasn't edible. Very disappointing given the price of the sandwich.
