The Drunken Noodles are amazing, the flavor as a whole and the individual ingredients make for great dish. It's my go to.
The Cream Cheese Wontons (5) are the best tasting I've ever had from an Asian restaurant in Longmont, just wish you got a touch more sauce for them.
The Side of Roti is a wonderful snack, definitely try the dipping sauce.

The massaman curry was amazing, and one of the best curries I have had in Colorado to date. We will be reordering from them. Additionally, their peanut sauce that went with their spring rolls was one of my favorite peanut sauces I have had. I recommend this place to everyone.

I always order the Tom Kha soup because it's amazing. But tonight I added the Khao Soi and OMG!!! It is SO GOOD!!! 10 out of 10. The yellow curry is amazing and the noodles are so good! I got the chicken thigh and it just fell off the bone. So juicy and tender. I LOVE Anchan Thai!!!

The Pad Thai was surprising spicy for being very bland. Weakest Pad Thai we've had in Longmont. Not nearly worth $19. The spring rolls are huge but also very bland and the tiny peanut sauce barely put a dent in it.

First time ordering from here; best Thai I've had in Boulder! Tried the Panang Curry and Pad Thai . Spice levels were spot on and the "double veggie" protein option really loads it up, which I appreciate.
