I've ordered a few times now from Andersen bakery and I love their baked goods and their customer service. I was a bit disappointed this time when I received my 2 apple pie pastries and a Margherita pastry. The 2 apple pies were just put in ghe paper bag without being put in a pastry bag and the bag was just scotch taped shut. This is the first time this has happened and the apple pies were smaller than normal even though I paid full price. Hopefully this is not the way it's going to be from now on. Because they see very nice and the pastries are very good. I just don't like the idea that it's not securely closed like usual.

The avocado was missing from the California BLT-
their photos of this simple sandwich are quite deceiving and there were no pickle spears. The bacon was crispy & the bread was toasted--those were the only positives. I submitted photos to DoorDash directly & can't retrieve them for this review.

I want to change my previous rating. I gave them 3 stars because one of my items was missing. I called them to let them know what happened and they went above and beyond to make it right. I would also like to say that the sandwich I had was delicious and the cake and apple pie were wonderful too.
