Classic 2 egg breakfast with Bacon, Ham, or Sausage
nice surprise, this little gem. Cowboy Skillet was very tasty with mostly sausage and a few onions. gravy was very flavorful and tasted homemade. Pancake (1 pc) was huge. only issue is their website says a biscuit toast or pancake comes with their breakfasts but none have the option to choose sides so I had to pay for my side of pancake. would like to try their omelettes next time and sounds like their Eggs Benedict is rather famous.

Easily the best breakfast joint in town! The pancakes are HUGE, fluffy, and just like grandma used to make them. The bacon is perfectly crispy. Angel's Cafe is the best-kept secret in the Tri-Cities.

I almost never leave reviews, you either have to be terrible, or amazing... the Eggs Benedict was absolutely amazing! normally I make my own poached eggs at home because I've never found a restaurant that has cooked them the way I like, and I'm extremely picky. my poached eggs must have the whites fully cooked with the yolk barely cooked. they were cooked perfectly! normally restaurants over cook or burn the English muffins, but again, these were perfect. I think my only gripe could be that my personal preference is a thicker cut of ham. the hashbrowns were also perfect after adding a little salt and pepper, but again, that's just a personal preference thing. Great job y'all this was the perfect solution to my craving as I was way too tired to cook myself this morning! thank you!

So so good! The gravy over the potatoes is full of flavor. The eggs are cooked perfectly, and the portion is really big. I would definitely order this again.

Ordered the CFS, only critique is the gravy, kind of runny, and could use sausage in it but had lots of pepper which I like. Just needs sausage and thickened up. Hash browns were crispy, eggs cooked well. Toast was toast. Overall 4.8 of 5 stars
