I love the food, but tonight’s experience with Doordash was a complete disaster. I ordered my food early and informed the cashier that I was ready to pick it up. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I noticed the same cashier placing my order on the rack. Initially, I thought it might be someone else’s, so I waited another 5 minutes before going to inform him that my order wasn’t ready. He assured me that it wasn’t, so I waited another 5 minutes only to see him retrieve my order from the rack. To my horror, when I arrived home, there were no fries at all! I had ordered two extra fries, and they were nowhere to be found. I know it was my fault for not checking before leaving, but come on. 2 orders of fries completely missed?
