Four-Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders
Packaged well, arrived hot. I did not have high hopes for the steak, but it actually was quite good and cooked perfectly. I would order it again!

NEW Strawberry Balsamic Chicken Salad was wonderful. Nice size bowl. Very fresh. I should have asked for extra Strawberries. The salad dressing was pretty strong. I could only use half of the container. It is a pretty pricey salad and if put extras on or swap the chicken for something it goes even higher.es, I would order again.

The Chicken Wonton Tacos were good but skimpy on the coleslaw. The Sizzlin' Caramel Apple Pie was kinda nasty and bad texture. I only ate a couple bites. The Garlicky Green Beans were good. Not sure why the menu said it serves 6-8. The green beans barely fed one person. The chocolate cake has too much chocolate but didn't taste bad. Overall not worth the cost if you use DoorDash. They charged $17 just in tax and fees.

Both burgers had no sauce at all, and it was supposed to come with mayo and mustard, and the bun was soaking wet and soggy because they packed it with the sautéed veggies that were wet.! Cinnamon rolls were hard and overcooked.

I've always had mixed opinions about Applebee's since they opened. I like the variety of food options so l keep giving them "another chance". This is probably the last time. We ordered to go with delivery by Doordash this time because it's usually so chaotic inside the restaurant and although the staff is mostly pleasant there have been some that are downright rude. Tonight l opted to not chance it and just eat in peace at home. My husband ordered the baby back ribs and he always is happy with that much food. It was cooked well and he is a happy guy. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Bowl. It has changed over the years and one of the changes that l noticed is they throw cilantro on it so when ordering, l was very clear to have NO CILANTRO because l am allergic to it. l double checked my order before l placed the order. l then triple checked it after it sent. Sure enough it was correct. When the order arrived, right there on the receipt it showed everything correct. l opened my "bowl" and melted from steam, all over my salad was cilantro. l ended up throwing out nearly every piece of chicken from my salad. l had 3 small little pieces of chicken left for my salad and after picking it the welted lettuce, the value of my meal reduce significantly. I suppose eating in restaurant would have slowed me to ask a server to have them make it again but it also would have made my meal come out much later than my husband and that's not appealing to me either.
