I ordered the Arada Tibs (Signature Beef Tibs), the beef was overcooked and hard.
The Veggie Combo ( Beyaynetu ) was delicious though!

all the items were packed loosely into a clamshell container, including wet items like the Shiro.Shiro with Salad as a result, all the items got tossed around together, and several of them leaked from the container. if instead these items were individually packed in deli containers or something similar, and perhaps if the wet items were also shrink-wrapped to prevent spillage, this would have been a much better experience.
perhaps most critically, they completely missed packing one of my items. I ordered two of the veggie combos but only received one. Veggie Combo ( Beyaynetu )
