I ordered 3 cheese cups with my meal, there was hardly any cheese in the cups. If you combined all the cheese into one cup then you would have half a cup of cheese. that is poor service. the rest of the meal was fine.

There was barely any nea in the sandwiches. Was basically just eating bread with a sliver of meat inside.

Old burned fries that looked like they had be sitting there for a while. I also ordered curly and regular crinkle fries and received a mixture of both in both orders. The brisket in the smokehouse sandwich was dry and also appeared as if it had been sitting there for a while.
