It may be simple, but when I add sauce packets to the cart they should be added. Especially when the receipt clearly shows them. Food is poorly packaged. All fries were upside down in the bags. Sandwiches were half wrapped. The fries seems like the end with all little hard bits of fries.

The jamoca shakes taste like straight up vanilla it has no choclate fudge at all & doesnt taste like coffee either. The meat on the sandwiches are over cooked too.

The original roast beef and cheddar is always delicious. Your Gyro is pretty nifty too, maybe more sauce. But the Rueben was not good. I felt it tasted very cheap, and not very Arby's. oh well.
