the Mac and cheese is delicious but definitely not worth the money. you only get like half a cup or maybe that was just my order.

The chicken & bacon sandwich was edible but was not fresh only had maybe a half piece of bacon on it.  The curly fries were not fresh and pretty cold.  The roast beef itself was good but the bun was falling apart couldn't even pick it up so I just ate the roast beef. The mozzarella sticks was the best of the meal. They were hot and very good. Please teach your employees to make a sandwich so people can actually pick it up and enjoy it.

I typically don't bitch about fast food joints we've all worked at one. I ordered extra meat and cheese and was charged for meat and cheese, my Smokehouse Brisket had half of the normal amount of meat. All I ask is to read you screen/ Ticket.

The food  wasnt very good, smokehouse brisket very much lacked brisket, and the Philly steak was very clumpy and sticky, also as usual I ordered 2 cherry turnovers and got apple as usual, I am allergic to apple, so just had to throw them away, wasting my money, they do this often, no one bothers to make sure it's correct.

Missing cheese, literally  just enough meat for one bite of the sandwich. Au jus wasn't even brown, Looks like water with a little rust in it. ￼Curly fries and shake were as they should be. Overall just seems like crew were rushing and not focused on quality and customer satisfaction, as well as consistency and arbys standards.
