Huge chunks of banana in the matcha had matcha powder stuck to them when I drank it, was so unpleasant for a $9 drink. The matcha is high quality but the texture of the drink is awful

Do not order additional toppings as they are not followed. I ordered egg pudding which was charged additional $1 and was not added to my drink. A separate occasion ordered tiramisu matcha latte and selected with biscuit (which also charged extra) and did not receive.

Missing the Lady Finger Biscuit. Very poor packaging. Not a single bag for the drink. The straw was not even attached to the drink. The dasher had to use a bag from a different order to put the straw in.
