Bua Loy (Taro Pearls in Coconut Milk) – A lovely dessert: creamy, lightly sweet, and comforting. The chewy taro pearls made it fun to eat.
Fried Noodles with Beef – Smoky from the wok, full of flavor, and generously portioned. The beef was tender and cooked just right.
Fried Thai Fish Balls (8 pieces) – Crispy outside, soft and tasty inside. Perfect bite-sized starters with a dipping sauce that elevated them.
Khao Soi Fried Chicken – This one stood out the most! Crunchy, juicy chicken paired beautifully with the rich, spiced curry-style sauce.
Chicken Satay Sauce – Nicely spiced with a smooth peanut flavor, balancing sweet and savory perfectly.
Black Pepper Beef – Bold, peppery, and delicious. The beef was tender and the sauce had a real kick.
Fried Rice with Pork & Extra Fried Egg – Hearty and satisfying! The pork had great texture, and the extra egg made it even more indulgent.
