Tried this place for the first time. Really disappointed with the Organic Plain Bagels - they are just buns with holes in them. Not proper bagels! The other bread we ordered was fresh but I'm dubious about it actually being sourdough. Nothing like Wild Bakery, Common Bakery or Knead

they wont read the notes on your order. I have never tried their red velvet cake as they don't actually stock it. instead if refunding the item like the order states they want to charge you for it, ignore notes and replace it with something that contains nuts. this happens often as they don't want to refund the item
