Do you have problems with sauce leaks?
Don't carry your souva in an upright position - keep turniing your soulva around left to right and up and down so sauce doesn't sit at bottom of your souva I find this helps a lot to minimise sauce leakage.

Revolting Lamb Souvlaki! Meat tasted boiled and was poor quality. Definitely won't be ordering again. Fish and chips were good though.
