my icecream was melted. (i understand its a to go order, but why put it in with all the hot food and not separate) and the Chicken Tender Entree are very small tenders smaller than the picture described.. even smaller than zaxbys chicken

It would be a love if you could request no cheese on a Kid Cheese Burger. I called the restaurant to ask if they could omit the cheese and they said no that they won't make any changes after you place the order even though no cheese is not an option. When the burger arrived it looks like a bunch of pieces of burgers that were burnt smushed onto a bun. We have ordered from them before and loved the food. This was a miss.

Chicken Tender Entree and Kid Chicken Fingers were good. Mozzarella Sticks ok. Meatloaf Entree disappointing. And there was maybe one mushroom, not as displayed and the mash potatoes were not seasoned.

Tiny meatloaf and it's charred. Ridiculous quality and quantity for the price. Not ordering from here again.
