BEST Arepa Pabellon I've had in Toronto! So flavourful with a generous portion of beef. The yuca fries are amazing, and the Chicken Venezuela is unbelievable. This is my new go-to for authentic delicious Venezuelan food!

The food from here is generally great but the Cachapa with Cheese and Mechada was a little disappointing for the price - not enough pancake to cover the meat and cheese, which sort of clumped together in their own layers. In future I will stick to the arepas.

The arapas and empanadas were all very good - packaging could have been less wasteful: You could just put everything securely in plastic wrap (to hold together) and tinfoil (for heat) and place in bags rather than bulky styrofoam containers.

Steak was so tough I couldn't chew. Struggled to even cut it with a knife. Inedible.

I ordered the 6 empanadas (and chose the chicken Argentinian, beef, and mechada) and 1 chicken Venezuelan empanada separately just to try. They ended up giving me 4 of the Argentinian empanadas (of the 6 I had ordered) and 3 Venezuelan empanadas. Cost wise, I can see why the restaurant may have thought this was an ok substitution to make which is why I didnt end up requesting a refund , but I wish they would have just given me what I had ordered because I didnt end up enjoying the venezuelan style empanadas so my money was wasted on those instead of being spent on the argentinian empanadas i had actually ordered and would have enjoyed
