I splurge at least 2x a month at bamboo sushi! I can never pick just one roll. Garden Of Eden, The Unicorn, Crispy Rice Spicy Salmon, Green Machine W/ Crab they are ALL my favs! The Miso Soup is amazing and probably my favorite of all miso soups I have ever had.

When I first opened the packages, I thought oh these are a small portions. Then I tasted the edamame with spice and it was flawless. The two piece salmon was small, but one of the best bites I've had in the longest time. The wasabi literally dissolved into the soy tamarind sauce. It was so fresh -all in all don't be disappointed by your eyes, put it in your mouth.

All of my food was delicious. The servings were the right size for the price. The fish was exceptional- especially the Nigiri King Salmon. I liked the preparation of the shishito peppers. The crispy rice with albacore was also tasty and just the right amount of spicy. The green machine is truly unique to this restaurant and memorable!

If you are in the Portland area, get Bamboo Sushi from the Cedar Hills store. They are always correct with the order. And they fill the sauce  cups all the way to the top. Do not ...I repeat, DO NOT get your food from Lake Oswego. I have no idea what's going on with that store but they are terrible.

Normally I love the Green Green Machine  roll, it's the main reason I eat here ~ sadly it wasn't as tasty, felt like it was lacking something. The Edamame was cold, barely had any salt and no soy sauce. For how pricy it was, best to eat in at this restaurant.
