After a New Year’s Eve DoorDash mishap where my order wasn’t properly canceled, I reached out to the restaurant to resolve a refund issue.
To my surprise, the manager called me back after-hours to personally handle the situation. Without any hesitation or defensiveness, he offered to replace my meal and included a complimentary dessert and salad. His warmth and genuine hospitality turned a frustrating situation into a fantastic experience.
