Bummer that BR is having supply issues (just like the rest of the planet). They haven't been able to get ingredients for the grasshopper pie for a bit so they substituted their mud pie (just as good!) The shop called to make sure this was ok :)

The scopes were less than half normal size and there was very little fudge. Very disappointing for extra price you pay for door dash

Horrible customer service I spend a lot of money here, and they make my icecream so sloppy and barely any toppings.I called to talk to manager and said I spend over $16 on icecream and get two bites.Manager Rita said what's your complaint and hung up on me.Will be calling corporate.They want the sale and want to skip us on our money worth.

I purchased two cappy's and I prefer no whipped cream but that option is not offered. I thought whipped cream should not be included in trasported drinks? Otherwise drinks are very good and would purchase again but without the whipped cream.

Received only 2 scoops of a three scoop ordered. Also missing a topping that I paid extra for. Would skip BR on DoorDash in the future.
