my milkshake did not taste like what I had ordered. it was very watered down. tasted like water mixed with something but definitely not peanut butter n chocolate. tasted like there was no ice cream at all. smoothie was supposed to be strawberry and banana, was only strawberry. the smoothie cup was the right size but was barely over half way full.

Every time we order a sundae with 2 regular scoops we end up getting two kid sized tiny scoops. If I wanted small kid scoops I would order the kid size, not the regular size I pay for.

The double scoop didn't even amount to one full scoop. The top scoop was much smaller than usual, and the scoop on the bottom looked like it might have been scooped with a teaspoon. The portions were very disappointing.

Ice cream is alright. Customer service could use some work. Didn't notify me that the flavor I chose was out until I was already leaving and was 2 minutes away. They had a whole 15 minutes prior for the wait time to let me know, but instead I had to wait an extra 4 minutes just standing there waiting for my order.
