Awful experience, the store didn’t give me what I ordered, but charged me.. There was an order ahead of me that consumed the ice cream I wanted. The young man did NOT call me or message me, just replaced my item with something awful. I called the store, I told him he needs to tell DoorDash what he did & said he can’t do that..

This is the second time I place and order and they don't have the flavor they present on their menu. Additionally, the representative was rude over the phone.

Packaged terribly, upon picking up bag everything fell out the bottom of bag and both shake cup s cracked and spilled contents. We were only able to save a 1/3 of the cup.

they placed my $37 ice-cream pie with a $22 pirate that I didn't even want!!! I didn't get an OREO® Cookies 'n Cream Polar Pizza® Ice Cream Treat I got a cookie dough pie!!!
