They were out of the flavor I wanted, but suggested a different, but similar, style of flavor. And it actually wasn't too bad! 😊 (I think I would still prefer the original flavor I wanted, icing on the cake, but the suggested one, blossom something, was ok.) 👍

The Cappy™ was so good!! I got two of them, the Fudge and the Praline, and the Fudge was my favorite but my sister preferred the Praline! The Fresh Pack (Quart) of the bubblegum ice cream was bigger then I thought and delicious, I'll be eating that for a few days. Lastly the Collectible Gummi Bear Cup was a birthday gift to myself, and I'm glad I got it! I don't know if the small sherbet I got was a birthday bonus or because of the cup, but it made me really happy, thank you!!

The last 2 times we've ordered it was for banana splits. You've been out of bananas every time. The first time I was was like oh it happens. They gave us the banana split minus the banana. EXCEPT we only got half the toppings. Still charged the full amount, for basically a 3 scoop Sunday at the price of a banana split. I let it go. Decided to try again a couple months later. Guess what? Still no bananas, no offer to substitute, just canceled. That could have been on the Dasher, but still. If you don't have something, take it off the menu? Or mark it sold out.

I ordered a Double Scoop and reciever a single scoop. I also ordered a dipped waffle cone and was given a cone that was coated in chocolate. The chocolate was so think and dry that it crumbled off the cone.

They didn't have what is advertised on door dash and I paid almost 18 dollars for one item tha looks nothing like what I ordered! I will never order from this Braslin robin in Hewitt they're always lazy and rude even if you consider or to the window and now on door dash.
