Ordered double scoop brownie sunday they had neither flavor i ordered in stock which caused my dasher extra time on delivery of ice cream when it got to me it looked like about 2 tbs of ice cream in pieces not even a full scoop much less the double i paid 15 bucks for and no if you're wondering there was very minimal melting so it was obvious this was on BR and not my dasher she was a sweetheart wont be doing BR on dd again

The ice cream in the sundae looks like it's 3 table spoons instead of scoops. I assume that's to save room for the toppings that are not available.
Also, the nutty coconut is unavailable. Why do you include things on the menu if they are NEVER available?

i usually order from this location, i always get a large chocolate milkshake, but recently the taste has been off. my most recent order just tastes like they added chocolate syrup to a vanilla ice cream base, i didn't order that, i ordered a chocolate milkshake. its not the same, if the store didn't have chocolate ice cream then i would've liked to have been let know about that...but i wasn't, so i assumed it would've been the normal rich chocolate flavor and it isn't. very disappointing.
