They have flavors listed that they do not have in stock so they call to see if you want a substitute. I received my order once my ice cream flavor was substituted, unpacked it and as I was eating it had chocolate at the bottom of my cup which gave my ice cream a nasty taste. Luckily I'm not allergic to chocolate but it's obvious they aren't throughly cleaning the scooping utensils. Just beware before placing an order.

They charged me almost 4 dollars for gummy bears only for them to literally not out any in there. I legit got 2. Ridiculous
