Today is my birthday and I was spending it alone. I thought that a Banana Split would be great to celebrate. I placed my order minutes before BR closed. My order arrived packaged to stay cold. There was a note explaining that they were out of bananas and a favor that I ordered and substitutions had been made. The note was so lovely and it was the best bananaless split I've ever had! Thank you!!!

This store didn't have any of what I ordered (a Brownie Sundae with Oreo Cold Brew and Chocolate Fudge ice cream; luckily my Dasher went above & beyond. The Oreo sundae I ended up getting was ok but the hot fudge tasted like chocolate syrup and the cherries on top were gross, tasted like cough syrup.

My two scoop sundae was very tiny more like a one scoop and they left off the bananas. Overall presentation of the sundae was pretty sloppy and not appealing. disappointing!

I ordered a 3 scoop sundae with peanut butter sauce but got caramel sauce on it. the flavors did not go well together.

Ice cream was fine, they just didn't have like 7 of the flavors that were advertised. That's my only complaint.
