The banana split was good, but I requested mint chocolate chip and was informed they were out of it.

I placed the order several hours ahead of time to make sure I had time to pick the cake up in route to my mom's birthday dinner. I showed up and the girl asked several times for my order number and name and finally got another worker who did the same thing several times until they finally realized the slip was behind them on the counter. Then they informed me they didn't have the OREO® Cookie ½ Sheet Cake I had ordered several hours ahead of time. No one called me to inform me or offer a substitution, thankfully I was offered one on site. First time ordering from baskin robins and this location, not sure I would order from here before calling ahead to make sure they have what I'm expecting to be paying for. We ended up with a vanilla ice cream confetti cake tha tasted okay, but I was not super impressed after everything.

Every time I order from here, they continue to be stingy with the chocolate syrup, hardly even giving me any.
They can make their complex products, but can't seem to add a little more chocolate syrup to a very basic order of vanilla ice cream.
There's enough ice cream; not enough chocolate syrup.
There have been instances where I would supposedly get lucky with who was on shift when I ordered, and they were very generous. Though, that seems to be a rare occasion.

I ordered the cake yesterday and no once attempted to inform me they did not have the flavor I ordered so had to settle for another option at the last minute! Other than that everything was ok.
