The mango Smoothie was kinda strange, not much mango flavor which is to be expected, Lemon Sorbet was subpar but excellent scoop sizes for the 3 Scoop Sundae made the price worth it. Same with the cherry jubilee Brownie Sundae. Overall, meh smoothie, decent sorbet, but mostly still pretty good.

**To be super clear, we 100% don't blame any hired customer service staff as their job to execute orders based off of their bosses direction/discretion.
Food was packaged poorly and meager portions.
•Actual plastic wrap used as a "lid"
•Literally 5 thin slices of banana in a $10+ Banana Royal
•2 inches of container space in a $12 Oreo parfait.
Based on other recent orders, it is apparent that the franchisees and/or corporate is striving for profit which completely circumvents the convenience or specialness of getting ice cream from a Baskin' Robins brick and mortar store. I deeply wish I had taken photos of the sad portioning of our items. We will not be ordering from this establishment ever again.

The first time I received the order it was incorrect (I ordered 2 pints & I received a sundae, even though my name was on the receipt). I requested my original order be completed. When I finally received it, the ice cream tasted fine but we were disappointed to find that one of the "fresh packed" pints was only about 2/3 full. I paid for full pints, not 2/3 pint. After receiving an incorrect order and then an insufficient amount of the correct item, I won't order again.

The brownie was stale. Double scoop icecream with brownie was given in a single scoop cup. There smashed little of the 2 flavours I ordered into 1 scoop. I could not differentiate between the 2 different flavours I ordered. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.
