When I received my order I felt something was not right, but I didn't say anything until today when I ordered what I always order is a triple scoop yesterday they gave me a double scoop and they charged me triple scoop prices and I'm upset about it

We ordered a hot fudge sundae with nuts and sprinkles (which I paid extra for) and it cam in a container where the hot fudge was a little on top and no nuts or sprinkles. They didn't have rainbow sherbert and I said strawberry sherbert was ok but they gave us ice cream.

The strawberry shake had the consistency of milk (no thickness) and very little flavor. I will get my thick strawberry shakes from Carvel from now on.
