Baskin-Robbins chocolate milk shakes are delicious because they're made using chocolate ice-cream. This makes the taste uniquely different from places like McDonalds, Whitecastle or Burger King that use "artificial" sweeteners.

The chocolate milkshakes were excellent! However, I didn't receive any straws with my order as requested. How am I supposed to consume them? Fortunately, I was at home and had some extra straws. What would have happened if I were somewhere else and didn't have access to any straws. Baskin Robins dropped the ball and needs to ensure that this doesn't happen again.

My chocolate milkshakes were made using vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup instead of regular dark chocolate ice cream. Like I don't know the difference!

The banana split was good but I was missing my pineapple topping. My daughter enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake milkshake.

The Baskin-Robbins located at 448 E. 87th Street in Chicago, Illinois has horrible service! DoorDash should seriously consider removing that franchise from its list of restaurants and select a different location instead. I ordered a chocolate milk shake using DoorDash and received something that appeared and tasted like chocolate mocha instead. The shake was light in color and had a slight coffee flavor taste. Chocolate shakes are typically "dark in their appearance" much like the color of chocolate ice cream. I assume that whoever prepared my order figured that I wouldn't know the difference and substituted another flavor instead. I specifically stated, in the comment section, that my order should be canceled if it wasn't available. It should not have been based on the merchant's recommendation. I believe that a substitution was initiated to prevent cancellation of the entire order.
