The 2 scoop sundae was drenched in chocolate syrup, not hot fudge! And I also didn't get the cookie dough I paid for. The kids scoop was not plain chocolate, it had m&ms in it, which my kid didn't like.

please don't order a fresh Fresh Pack (24 oz) from them..... they don't give it to you fresh and it's about a 3$ difference I thought the first two times were a mistakes but this is now the 3rd time. I don't like it prepackaged and I pay more for fresh and don't receive it this is extremely upsetting honestly

Drinks were great as expected but I ordered a large and charged for a large drink but received a medium. That is the reason for only 4 stars!
