The sundae was perfect. My only complaint is they don't offer the maple walnuts as option to order. They have them in the store but not in the app. This sucks. Change it door dash

Did not include the waffle cone, instead they put waffle pieces in the ice cream. No napkins were in the bag. I actually received a cheaper order because now this was a sundae. Less ice cream in this order.

This was an unusual case. This time I had to call the store to ask about the small amount of ice cream I received in the container, so I was complaining. I was told by the person in the store that I could call Doordash and get a refund or come to the store to return it and get a replacement order. I told the person in the store that who ever prepared that order should be ashamed of themselves. I drove to the store to return the ice cream and to get a replacement order because what I received was not 3 scoops of ice cream at all in the container.

Ordred two Triple Scoop and only received two double scoops instead. I paid the price for the triple scoops.
