Ice cream tastes great but you get robbed if you get 2 scoops. It was like getting 1 scoop. The tripple scoop was a generous amount. Also, the scoop flavor options are different for each scoop category. Ex: The cookies n cream option was available for 1 and 2 scoop but not the 3 scoop.

The scoops were a joke. I understand inflation affects prices, and I’m willing to pay more when the product justifies the cost. Unfortunately, the portion I received was incredibly small for the price paid. If you’re going to charge premium prices, customers should receive a reasonable amount of ice cream. This felt like poor value for the money.

I ordered the Banana Royale, & it looked like there was a hot fudge accident. There was so much on the side of the cup and inside . I basically got hot fudge ice cream soup :'(

Half the order was wrong! I ordered the alien and dinosaur creations and they were incomplete, just the small cup. One was the wrong flavor. I asked for a waffle cone with chocolate and almonds, received a plain one. The store never reached out for substitutions. Very disappointed
