They forgot my brownie bits in my triple scoop. I think they got confused cause they didn't have a rainbow flavor shake or they ran out or something and they just forgot it. But its unfortunate cause I really like the brownie bits.... ice cream and shake is good tho.

Ice cream is filled with bits of ice, you can't get anyone over the phone from the store. I've been to the store, there'll be no one else in there but the employees won't even look at you or ask how they can help. I guess it's not logical to expect any better for delivery.
