Only 1 of my 3 ordered items was in stock. The substitute for the Lava Colada was tasteless, filled with dye, and had the consistency of a cheap slurpee. The employee was not proficient in English and could not answer basic questions. I will never order anything from here again. Never!!

This particular store just isnt good. I asked for a waffle cone, they called and said they were all out so I had to get the sugar cone. I asked for it as a topping and he said I could get BOTH the regular AND the Oreo cone on 1 of my Double Scoop orders. When I received the order. There is sugar cone toppingson BOTH orders which is not what I asked for and there is NO Oreo cone topping either. And I asked for Double Scoop! Which from my experience, the ice cream scoops arent stingy and yet, the ice cream BARELY touches the brim, forget over flowing. I am quite disappointed. If I didn't have a baby, I would've gotten it myself at my normal locarion.

Ice cream was still perfectly frozen on delivery...not melted. what a great treat!
