I order the 3 scoop sundaes all the time. Sometimes I get 2 of the same sundae so I have ice cream for several days!

It wasn't as melted as I thought. The portion size was full. It was every bit of the taste I thought and as fresh as I would get at the store.

We ordered a very berry strawberry and a pistachio almond shake. The very berry tasted just like a normal strawberry shake.
The pistachio almond tasted like a vanilla shake with a slight hint of pistachio icecream. There were more almonds than there should have been and they weren't chopped fine enough. Nearly impossible to drink through a straw due to the large chunks of almonds.

Normally when I order this, it is so good & made well. This time there was no care. Not even a full scoop of each ice cream, one clump of fudge...just poorly made

I'm writing this to correct a review I already posted. The owner at Baskin-Robbins made it right. I can't figure out how to delete the previous unflattering review I posted so I'm trying to make it right in this additional review instead. The Baskin Robbins at locust hill corrected the situation gracefully so I have nothing to say but good things and please disregard my previous review. And thanks!
