I gave a five star review however that's because I love the ice cream. My last order they packed the wrong flavors completely unless I got somebody else's order. But instead of complaining I just accepted it for what it was

I ordered a. Fresh quart. I dont think it looks very fresh though. The top of my ice cream looks like the bottom of a Marino's italian ice , its all frost bitten. But this is not the first/only time this has happened. Any time I order a fresh quart this is what they send me. Why even have fresh packed quart as an option ? Now I have to hit up customer service and complain like a woman , this place sucks and doenst care much about getting the order right . I LEFT A NOTE THAT SAID IF THIS ITEM IS SOLD OUT CONTACT ME. But na they just send me the pre packed quart that costs less but charge me for the "fresh packed". Thanks again baskin robbins

Intentionally gave me wrong flavor ice cream. Drove to store to get correct flavor and upon arriving, i see the flavors i ordered were available. The workers there simply decided to just give me the wrong flavor instead. Such a bad look for the store.
