First of all we love Baskin Robins ice cream cakes. We ordered from them many times. Tonight was to celebrate our grand-daughter 2nd bday. we've ordered Celebration 9” Round Cake but we got Roll Cake instead. (We love this Roll Cake you must try it! (Fingers licking good!))
2nd: we love using DoorDash bc they have the best customer service dept. They make things right.

So I have them the benefit of the doubt to fix the first mistake. But no, it didn't happen. I ordered three 24 oz. containers of ice cream. They packed three 8 oz of ice cream. They did not fix it...twice. There is a HUGE difference in cost when ordering an 8oz cup for $6 versus a 24 oz which was $13.68/ ea...I spent OVER $50 including tip! DO NOT order from this site

The cake was freezer burnt, you could actually smell it. Additionally they were out of the cake that was ordered.
