The ice cream seemed like it was crystallized and had been thawed out and refrozen. very disappointed with the packaging however the delivery was wonderful but the product was horrible

Typically very good in terms of flavor and portions. However, the last time I ordered, I was sent old ice cream clearly from the bottom of the container. Taste and texture was way off.
