Banana Royal had only a few banana slices and a tiny hard lump of fudge.
Disappointing to say the least.

This is the second time in a row I've ordered a 24oz fresh pack and only receiver 8oz. The receipt reads 1lb 8oz - the employee either isn't reading the receipt properly or doesn't know what that means. Please pay more attention to training.

Pick up : Ordered 3 scoops sundae and all I got was about 1 teaspoons of chocolate, 1 table spoon of peppermint and 2 teaspoon of mint chocolate chip . When called the store they said I'm sorry as it is dispatched already and they couldn't do anything about it. The store person hung up the call in the middle if me giving feedback. So disappointing :(

The ice cream flavors I chose were all unavailable, however this was not indicated when making selections. Then the store waited for my dasher to arrive, and made her call me regarding the fact that my whole order was out of stock and I had to choose new flavors. The 2 pre packed quart bundles are a great deal they just need to make selections that are unavailable known to customers.
