Got the fresh pack ... no notification online that it was sold out, no order cancel ... show up and that's when I was told the flavor was sold out. Because I had a $5 credit that I didn't want to disappear, I ended up picking a different flavor that I didn't want. No apology. After the ice cream was done being packed, it was just out in front of me, no thank you, again no apology.

this was my second time ordering because things on the menu were out of stock. thanks to my dasher it worked out. not a great place to order from.
