Didn't call to let us know flavor requested was unavailable. Automatically chose a replacement without calling us to verify. Did not add cherries requested and the brownie was terrible, beyond sweet to the point you can't even enjoy and completely hard as a rock.

Cups is half empty. I've ordered a sundae before and the cut came with two full scoops. These look smaller than the kids scoops they offer
