It's hard to mess up ice cream, of course, but some people can probably still manage it... not this BR, though. I always get amazing portions and flavors and I'm never missing anything. <3

Ordered 2 three scoop sundaes and 1 two scoop sundae for my family and I. Unfortunately the scoop size must have shrunk, because all of the containers were filled halfway with 2 or 3 miniature scoops and topped with a crap load of cherries. The sundaes also did not come with almonds as a topping. It's only icecream but for $10 bucks a pop, I'd expect a little better service... I recommend going in person to order and save the disappointment.

I got 2 of the 24oz fresh packs, however, it was only 3/4 full. I have ordered these before and it was always filled to the top of the lid. we got less than 24oz on both the flavors. Very disappointed!

Missing Milkshake and barely half a scoop in the 2 Scoop Sundae . The bag was not sealed and no receipt was included.

Apparently their to go orders are miniature size. The scoops of ice cream are nothing like what you get in house & we selected hot fudge as our topping multiple times (2-3) and there was barely any on it. So disappointed.
